In 2017, Alterra launched a dedicated IOS platform to pursue opportunities in an industrial subsector historically underserved by institutional capital.
What began with a single tenant relationship has grown into one of North America's largest institutional IOS platforms, supported by a team of more than 45 professionals, a nationally scaled portfolio, and a track record of disciplined investing across market cycles.
